Abstrakt		The article adresses the methodological aspects of the survey study within the project Interprofessional collaboration between nurses and doctors in Slovenia. First, it discusses some methodological problems in relation to survey design and implementation, the topic, the participams and the research group, the research pools as well as financial support and the outreach of the findings. Research questions, addressing experiences and assessment of their interprofessional relations by nurses and doctors as well as research tools and their reliability are presented. Population and sample as well as its sociodemographic and professional structure is described. Although the sample realisation and its structure do not allow for generalization of the findings to the whole population, the authors conclude that the study contributed in a relevant way to the understanding of this understudied field in Slovenia.
