Abstrakt		In the past year, with consideration of the future renewal of the organization and infrastructure of the Emergency Unit of the Ljubljana University Medical Center, we conducted analysis of the current condition of emergency medical services and we created a complete scheme for a new information system in emergency medicine within the Ljubljana University Medical Center. The information system scheme was designed in the way that the concepts can also be used in other hospitals or emergency medicine units throughout the country. Within the scope of this project the telemonitoring solution has been put to the test, namely the electronic transmission of the urgent patient data. The system for basic telemedicine services has been set up in pre-hospital settings and four different locations within the Ljubljana University Medical Center.
Izvleček		V preteklem letu se je, ob upoštevanju predvidene celovite organizacijske, gradbene in infrastrukturne prenove Urgentnega bloka Kliničnega centra Ljubljana, izvedla analiza obstoječega stanja na področju nujne medicinske pomoči ter izdelala celovita zasnova novega informacijskega sistema nujne medicinske pomoči v Kliničnem centru Ljubljana. Zasnova informacijskega sistema je izdelana tako, da je možno konceptualne rešitve uporabiti tudi v drugih bolnišnicah oz. službah nujne medicinske pomoči v državi. V sklopu projekta se je izvedel tudi preizkus delovanja rešitve za izvajanje osnovnih storitev telemedicine - prenos informacij o nujnem bolniku v elektronski obliki. Vzpostavljen je bil sistem za izvajanje osnovnih storitev telemedicine na relacijah predbolnišnično okolje in štirih različnih lokacijah znotraj Kliničnega centra Ljubljana.
