Abstrakt		Medical interventions on the scene are usually accompanied with technical problems, most often in traffic accidents. Fire departments have necessary knowledge and equipment, which allows work in safe conditions. Entrapped injured patient rescue demands from emergency medical team and fire department more knowledge and skills for successful intervention. This article describes professional and save approach to injured and entrapped patient.
