Abstrakt		Physicians mostly extrahospitally occupied must daily made many decisions, professional as well as the ones concerning management. Therefore we developed a shell of an expert system to support physician's decisions concerning diagnosis. Nucleus of an expert system ia s probable space therefore ES works on basis of probable calculating, which enables soft decision which is closer to physician's. The mechanism works on basis of different probabilities and offers possibility of automatic learning. The users gap enables input of basic knowledge (BK) and easy decisions about diagnosis. BK has abstract knowledge, actually has knowledge about diseases and different things of diseases and also has the degree of belongings of particular sign to a specific disease. We have predicted binar symptoms. Input of a disease needs also an input of frequency that particular disease occurs. The frequencies can be got by physician or thru monitoring of occurrence of a specific disease thru a particular period of time. In procedure of making diagnosis a physician can decide for either hand made or automatic way of describing symptoms. What it is most important is that a physician has on monitor five diseases that are most probable. We would like to give to a physician the easiest and the most efficient support concerning making diagnosis.
