Abstrakt		Soft- tissue injuries of the lower limb usually do not present as dramatically as fractures. Their consequences may be worse than those of fractures, and their diagnostics and treatment more demanding. Dislocations are clinically the most the most obvious. Some can be reduced with relative ease, others may demand hospital treatment and more specialized care. Among most frequent ones are also tendon ruptures, whose treatment may be conservative or operative.
