Abstrakt		Emergency echosonography is becoming an essential diagnostic method in emergency medicine and is particularly beneficial in patients who are unable to provide good medical history, and with inconclusive physical examination. Echosonography is increasingly used in prehospital medicine due to availability of hand-carried ultrasound devices. Emergency diagnostic echosonography is used to establish patient's diagnosis, to assess patient's hemodynamic condition and to perform emergency procedures.
