Abstrakt		Electrical injuries require multidisciplinary approach to diagnostics and treatment. Arrhythmias are internist's main concern in the first minutes to hours after the accident. They are fairly common, but mostly benign and self-Iimiting.They do, however require close attention: firstly in some instances they may result in sudden cardiac death and secondly continuation of arrhythmias for many hours or days may predict more extensive cardiac damage. Even patients with cardiac arrest may have excellent prognosis if only chain of survival proves strong enough.
