Abstrakt		Psychosis is psychopathological state with decreased ability of reality testing. In the presenting article psychosis is defined and a list of psychical disorders, somatic illnesses and states in which psychosis could be present is presented. The article could contribute to more acquired differential diagnosis of psychosis.
