Abstrakt		The article describes the manners and procedures of prescribing and testing sophisticated - tertiary level wheelchairs. Testing is performed by a team of experts in close collaboration with the patient - user. The prescription criterion is the level of functional disability (motor impairment) of the user. The higher the level of the user's disability, the more sophisticated and perfected wheelchair he or she needs. The article gives descriptions of the different levels of motor impairment - moderate, severe, very severe - and technical characteristics of wheelchairs in relation to the described levels of motor impairment.
Izvleček		Članek opisuje načine in postopke predpisovanja in testiranja zahtevnih invalidskih vozičkov terciarnega nivoja. Vozički se testirajo timsko ob aktivnem sodelovanju pacienta - uporabnika. Kriterij za predpis je stopnja funkcijske prizadetosti (gibalne oviranosti) uporabnika. Težja ko je prizadetost uporabnika, bolj zahteven in izpopolnjen voziček potrebuje. Podani so opisi posameznih stopenj gibalne oviranosti - srednja, težka, zelo težka in tehnične karakteristike vozičkov, ki ustrezajo omenjenim stopnjam gibalne oviranosti.
