Abstrakt		About 20 % of all soccer injuries are injuries of facial sceleton. Most of them are caused by head to face and elbow to face hits, other types of injuries are rare. This paper shows basic principles of their treatment. It also shows duration of disability for active playing. Most of the head to face injuries are accidental, most of the elbow to face injuries are intentionaly caused and should be prevented by rigorous referees. This conclusions are based on our experience, there is lack of reliable data. In future we would need to collect this type of data on national basis.
