| Abstrakt | To ensure efficient public health and consumer protection, a rapid alert system was established in accordance with the European legislation. Its purpose is to provide immediate exchange of information regarding consignments of food and feed which may present a risk to human health. Such a system was established also in Slovenia and requires efficient exchange of information among official supervisory bodies, ministries, public health services and institutes which are involved in risk assessment. | |
