Abstrakt     Although chronic diseases effect different organic systems and also differ completely from each other according to origin and development, there are risk factors for some among them which are rather common: too much energy productive, meaty and fatty food, too many alcoholic drinks, unadequate quality of fats and not enough fibre and protective substances (vitamins and minerals). Physical inactivity and smoking can have an additional negative influence on the human health.
