Abstrakt		In this article we present a 52-years old male patient with nephrotic syndrome due to membranous glomerulonephritis. The primary cause of disease could not be undoubtedly identified. The patient made ful recovery after left lower limb amputation due to thrombosis of left common iliac artery and left femoral superficial artery and treatment with angiotensin convering enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin II receptor blockers. Considering all the data, the patient has an excellent prognosis with low risk for chronic renal injury.
Izvleček		V članku predstavljamo primer 52-letnega bolnika z nefrotskim sindromom v sklopu membranskega glomerulonefritisa. Primarnega vzroka MGN nismo odkrili. Po amputaciji leve spodnje okončine zaradi tromboze leve arterije iliace communis in leve arterije femoralis superficialis ter po terapiji z inhibitorjem angiotenzinske konvertaze in blokatorjem angiotenzinskega receptorja je prišlo do popolne remisije. Glede na podatke iz literature ima bolnik dobro prognozo z nizkim tveganjem za trajno poškodbo ledvic.
