Abstrakt     The goal of our investigation was to assess the effect of temperature-humidity stresses of an average Ljubljana summer upon the thermoregulation of inactive patients with a complete transversal lesion of the medulla spinalis. Fiffeen patients with the afore-said lesion were taken their temperature in the morning, at noon, and in the evening namely, rectal and sublingual temperature, skin temperature on four sites, and turthermore, blood pressure and pulse. Assessed were also sweating and quanti. ty of the patients' clothing. The patients answered a questionnaire on subjective comfort. Stated was a characteristic temperature-humidity effect of the weather upon the skin temperature above and below the lesion. It was highest at noon. The core temperature was not affected with temperature-humidity effect of the weather, what was probably due to insufficient stresses.
