Abstrakt		Fracture disease, as a symptom complex, is following the fracture. If not treated adequately, devasting effects can follow. Fortunately the condition in childhood is rare. Being usually the consequence of predictable incidents during the surgical treatment, successful prevention is mandatory. The most frequent causes for unpleasant consequences of fracture disease and the algorhytm of medical rehabilitation is presented in this article.
Izvleček		Frakturna bolezen je simptomni kompleks, ki sledi zlomu. Če ni ustrezno zdravljena, ima lahko uničujoče posledice. K sreči je pri otrocih redka, praviloma je posledica predvidljivih incidentov v teku kirurške oskrbe, zato jo je mogoče uspešno preprečevati. V Članku so omenjeni najpogostejši vzroki, ki pripeljejo do neugodnih posledic frakturne bolezni in algoritem medicinske rehabilitacije teh otrok.
