Abstrakt		In the last ten years a great many researches have emerged conrerning Heliocobacter pylori, to which ethiologic role for the onset of chronic gastritis ancl duodenal ulcer is attritbuted. In recent time it is linked also with gaslric ulcer and gastric carcinoma. Epidemiologic studies have shown that Heliobacter pylori occurs worldwide. The route of infection is fecal and oral the prevalence of bacteria being reater in developing world, where the infection occurs already in ower age group. A survey of to-day knowledge of etiopathogenic role ofHeliobacter pylori at the onset of gastritis, duodenal ulcer gastric ulcer and gastric carcinoma is given in the article. At examination of antimicrobic treaurrent, global experiences are presented as well as authors preliminary results.
