Abstrakt		The article describes psychotherapeutic work with a group od staff of a central intensive unit. Our aim was to enhance communication between staff and patients, greater satisfaction with work and greated quality of it. The group has not reached all set aims; however, it was a useful experience, so for the staff as for the authors.
