Abstrakt		Background. In the review article the wide field of antiphospholipid auto antibodies, their specificity and tests for determination are presented. Possible origin and etiopathogenetic significance of antiphospholipid antibodies are indicated. Associated clinical disturbances and histomorphologic changes that could be made by that antibodies are shown. Conclusions. Some experiences in medical treatment of patients with antiphospholipid syndrome are collected.
