Abstrakt     Background. Nutritive allergy and food intolerance are presented. The prevalence, different clinical manifestations, etiopathogenesis, the diagnostics and treatment have been described as well. Methods and results. Due to the authors' own studies the involvement of food allergy in the etiology of asthmatic dyspnea have been confirmed in asthmatic patients, especially in those with associated polyorganic symptoms and atopic status. Conclusion. Food allergy and intolerance are more important and more frequently involved in allergic reaction of different organic systems than has been previously assumed.
