Abstrakt		Orthodontic correction of post-traumatic disorders involving the anterior teeth often calls for some form of compromise. When deciding on the most suitable therapy the orthodontist faces difficult dilemmas. The easiest way to solve them is by observing the existing rules based on experience. The author lists the principal factors to be considered when selecting the corrective therapy, presents typical cases illustrating various types of trauma to the upper central incisors, and outlines the corresponding forms of treatment for the traumatized teeth.
