Abstrakt		Our paper presents the case of a patient treated at the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Maribor Teaching Hospital for leukocytoclastic vasculitis as a result of massive and uncontrolled intake of nonsteroid antirheumatics. These drugs are frequently applied in everyday practice. They are a heterogeneous group of organic acids having analgesic, antipyretic, antiinflammatory and antiaggregational effect. The frequency of side effects of nonsteroid antirheumatics is above all the result of their frequent application and not so much of their actual toxicity. They have an effect on practically all human organ systems. Our paper describes the effect of nonsteroid antirheumatics on some of them.
