| Abstrakt | The management of pain is a critical component in dentistry. Pain is amajor postoperative symptom in many dental procedures. A variety of analgesics and techniques are available for the treatment of oral pain. Dentists mostly use local anaesthetics, paracetamol and some non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients want to be given the best treatment to control their pain, and dentists must know how to provide it. This review presents an analysis of the use analgesics in dentistry with the aim to help dentists select the most appropriate medication for their patients. | |
