Abstrakt		An organisation of a business process is one of the most important factors for Tota1 Quality Management (TQM). TQM in services has to be applicated when the organisation process in special libraries is studied and developed. We have compared two biomedical libraries: special library of a pharmaceutical firm Lek and special Library of the Institute of Oncology. The comparisson was made mainly from the organisation point of view. We realised that the organisation of the work is nearly the same and differences occure because of different demands of end users.
