Abstrakt     According to our results of circadian and seasonal biorhytmics of thyroxine (T-4) and triidothyrorine (T-3) in the blood serum of the Jeyersko-Solčava breed ewes we may conclude: 1. Changes in T-3 and T-4 concentrations are under seasonal influence. The highest mean value was determined in the winter period (December, January) and the lowest in the summer (from June to September). 2. In t-3 samples we may observe circadian changes, connested with sunrise and sunset. Thay may best be determined in the periods of long days (spring, summer). Circadian changes in t-4 concentrations are less evident. In T-3 the peak values of circadian concentrations could be expected before sunrise, at 11 a.m. and in the afternon, and in T-4 the peak values could be expected after sunrise and soon after sunset. 3. Positive correlation exists between T-3 and T-4 which is significant from early spring to early summer and in October.
