Abstrakt		This article is focused on the problem of the speed abilities improvement. The chararterisation of the running technique in natural and faciliated conditions, the determination of training methods developing the supramaximal speed as well as the analysis of their immediate impact on the maximal speed are the results of our empirical investigation.
