Abstrakt     Izhodišča: Motivacija je tisto, zaradi česar ljudje ob določenih spretnostih in znanju delajo. Le z izboljševanjem kakovosti storitev in motiviranimi ter zadovoljnimi zaposlenimi se lahko nižajo stroški zdravljenja in oskrbe. Pri motiviranju obstaja cela paleta stvari, ki so pomembne za posameznika, včasih je mogoče s povsem preprostimi managerskimi prijemi marsikaj narediti. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti vpliv motivacije, izobraževanja in raziskovanja na kakovost v zdravstveni negi. Metode: Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji. Uporabljena je bila opisna raziskovalna metoda, za metodo zbiranja podatkov pa smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki je vseboval 54 vprašanj zaprtega tipa. V raziskavo so bili vključeni zaposleni v zdravstveni negi v eni od bolnišnic v Sloveniji. Podatke smo statistično obdelali z računalniškim programom SPSS 20.0. Za ugotavljanje statistično pomembnih razlik med posameznimi spremenljivkami smo uporabili t-test. Uporabili smo tudi korelacijsko analizo ter univariatno regresijsko analizo, da smo ugotavljali vpliv posamezne neodvisne spremenljivke na odvisno spremenljivko. Rezultati: Ugotovili smo, da se proučevane spremenljivke, kot so motivacija zaposlenih (r=0,485; p<0,001), izobraževanje (r=0,422; p<0,001) in raziskovanje (r=0,307; p<0,001) statistično pomembno pozitivno povezujejo s kakovostjo v zdravstveni negi. Hkrati smo z regresijsko analizo ugotovili, da ima na kakovost v zdravstveni negi statistično pomembno najmočnejši vpliv motivacija (ß=0,362; p<0,001), sledi izobraževanje (ß=0,182; p=0.035) in raziskovanje (ß=0,127, p=0,041). Z vsemi tremi proučevanimi dejavniki lahko pojasnimo 38 % celotne variabilnosti kakovosti v zdravstveni negi. Diskusija in zaključek: Znano je, da imajo motiviranje zaposlenih, izobraževanje in raziskovanje pomemben vpliv na zagotavljanje kakovosti v zdravstveni negi. Skrb vseh zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi mora postati zavedanje, da je potrebno nenehno izboljševanje zdravstvenih storitev. Hkrati pa je potrebno zavedanje, da vir konkurenčne prednosti niso samo storitve in finančni viri, temveč tudi motivirani zaposleni. Smiselno bi bilo redno spremljanje dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na motivacijo.Introduction: Motivation is what makes people with certain skills and knowledge work. Only by improving the quality of service and motivated and satisfied employees can reduce their costs of treatment and care. In motivating a whole range of things that are important to the individual, sometimes it can be quite simple with managerial approaches done. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, education and research on quality in healthcare. Methods: The study was based on quantitative methodology. Used the descriptive research method, the method of data collection, we used a questionnaire, which contained 54 closed-ended questions. The study included employees in health care in one of the hospitals in Slovenia. Data were statistically analyzed with the computer program SPSS 20.0. To determine the differences were statistically significant, we used the individual variables we used t-test. We also used univariate correlation analysis and regression analysis, we tested the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Results: We found that the studied variables such as employee motivation (r = 0.485, p <0.001), education (r = 0.422, p <0.001) and exploration (r = 0.307, p <0.001) significantly positively correlated with quality in health care. At the same time we have the regression analysis found that the quality of health care in the strongest statistically significant impact motivation ( ß= 0.362, p <0.001), followed by education ( ß= 0.182, p = 0.035) and exploration ( ß= 0.127, p = 0.041). With all three factors under study can explain 38% of the total variability in the quality of nursing care. Discussion and conclusion: It is well known that employee motivation, education and researches an important impact on the quality of nursing care. Concern for all employees in health care must become aware of the need for continuous improvement of healthcare services. At the same time, it is necessary to recognize that a source of competitive advantage not only services and financial resources, but also motivated employees. It would be regular monitoring of the factors that influence motivation.
