Abstrakt		A case of maxillonasal dysplasia (Binder) associated with rightsided thoraco-lumbar and left-sided lumbar scoliosis is described. The syndrome is caused by a reduced size of the cavities of the head. It results in pseudoprognathism. The anomalies present were classified as principal (maxillary retrusion and hypoplasia, nasal dysostosis) and constituent (hypoplastic maxillary processes, dysgnathia). The treatment consisted of measures aimed at developing the residual potentials of maxillary growth: build-up of the apical base and the dental process, deepening of the palate.
