Abstrakt     Teoretična izhodišča: Izobraževanja prispevajo k strokovnemu znanju. Vplivajo na produktivnost in prožnost zaposlenih, kar veča delovno moralo, na izide zdravstvene oskrbe, kar znižuje stroške, na kakovost obravnave, zadovoljstvo pacientov, svojcev in zaposlenih. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti mnenje udeležencev o izvedenih strokovnih srečanjih in podati usmeritve in priporočila organizatorjem. Metode: Uporabljena je bila kvantitativna metoda raziskovanja. Vprašalnik so udeleženci izpolnili na dan srečanj. Razdeljen je bil na štiri sklope: 1) Ocena dogodka (kraj, čas, tema, obveščenost, registracija, organizacija, gradivo), 2) Ocena strokovnih vsebin in ocena predavatelja, 3) Ocena časa izvedbe predavanj, učnih delavnic, razprav, 4) Podajanje mnenj udeležencev (navedba najboljšega predavanja v sklopu srečanja, pohvale, pripombe, predlogi). Pridobljene podatke smo opisno analizirali. Izračunane so bile frekvence, odstotek, mediana, c2 preizkus z razmerjem verjetij. Rezultati: Štirih srečanj se je udeležilo 152 udeležencev, od tega jih je izpolnilo vprašalnik 111, kar predstavlja 73%. Od tega je bila večina udeležencev ženskega spola. Večina anketirancev je zadovoljna s srečanji glede ocene dogodkov, vsebin in predavatelja ter časa izvedbe, učnih delavnic in razprav. Med posameznimi srečanji obstajajo statistično značilne razlike glede ocen srečanja (sig < 0,05) in sicer pri oceni gradiv (sig = 0,002), pri oceni izbora predavatelja (sig = 0,007) in glede trajanja delavnic (sig = 0,038). Razprava in zaključki: Organizacija, izbor tem in vsebine so zadovoljile udeležence, izboljšave bodo potrebne pri pripravi gradiv, izboru predavateljev in trajanja učnih delavnic. Sklepati je možno, da na izvedbo srečanja vpliva čas za pripravo gradiv, spremembe v programu in sestava programsko organizacijskega odbora.Introduction: Education contributes to professional knowledge. They impact on the productivity and flexibility of the employees, which increases the work ethic, the results of health care, reducing costs, the quality of treatment satisfaction of patients, relatives and staff. The purpose of the study was to determine participants' opinions on the performance of the expert meetings and provide guidance and recommendation to the organizers. Methods: The quantitative research method was used. Questionnaire was used by the participants during the day of meetings. It was divided into four sections: 1) Evaluation of the event (place, time, topic, information, registration, organization, material), 2) Evaluation of professional content and assessment of the lecturer, 3) Estimate the time of the lectures, workshops, discussions, 4) Passing the opinions of the participants (an indication of the best lectures in the context of meetings, praise, comments, suggestions). Acquired data were analyzed descriptively. Frequency, percentage and median - test with a ratio of beliefs were calculated. Results: Four meetings were attended by 152 participants, including 127 women and 84 % of the total, 25 men and 16 % of the total. 111 participants answered the questionnaire. Most respondents were satisfied with the meetings regarding the assessment of events, content and lecturer and execution time, workshops and discussions. Between meetings, there are statistically significant differences in the estimates of the meeting (sig <0.05), namely in the evaluation of materials (sig = 0.002), when assessing the selection of lecturer (sig = 0.007) and the duration of the workshop (sig = 0.038). Discussion and conclusions: The organization, selection of topics and content were satisfactory for participants; however improvements will be needed in the preparation of materials, selection of lecturers and duration of training workshops. It is possible to conclude that the execution of tes meeting is affected by the time to prepare materials, changes in the composition and program of the organizing committee.
