Abstrakt		The enzyme production of fungus Trichoderma harzianum was induced by mycelia of Claviceps paspali and Claviceps purpurea. Two mycolytic preparations were subsequently isolated from its culture filtrate. Additionally, the effectiveness of these enzymes and those of the snail-gut preparation on protoplast release from hyphae of Claviceps paspali, Claviceps purpurea and Claviceps fusiformis were tested. Trichoderma enzymes induced by Claviceps paspali represented the most effective lytic preparation for isolation of protoplasts from Claviceps. The enzymes for release of vacuolated protoplasts of Claviceps purpurea were separated by gel chromatography.
