Abstrakt		In order to elucidate the mechanism of liposome penetration into the outer skin layer, stratum corneum the interaction of liposomes with lecithin/water lyotropic system was studied by EPR imaging methods. It was found that the transport of liposome entrapped substance into the lecithin/water system depends on the osmolality difference ont he interface as well as on the aggregate state of the system.
