Abstrakt		Staranje je ena najbolj aktualnih in perečih tem, posebej, ker gre utemeljeno pričakovati, da se bo samo v naslednjih dvajsetih letih delež stare populacijepovečal za celo tretjino. V prispevku bodo prikazani tako zdravstveno socialni kot tudi pravno ekonomski vidiki, ki bi po svoji vsebini in formi morali omogočati varno starost. Predvsem pa je poudarek na izobraževanju kadrov za delo s staro populacijo, ki je temeljna predpostavka za medgeneracijsko sožitje.Aging is one of the most actual and burning subjects, especially with the expectation that in just next twenty years the part of elderly population will increase for more than one third. In this paper the health, social, economic and legal frame of secure oldness will be presented, which in its contents and form should enable the secure oldness. The special stress is on education and training of specialists for work with the elderly population, which is the fundamental supposition for intergenerational coexistence.
