Abstrakt     Pri uspešnosti poslovanja se danes poudarja pomen organizacijske klime, ki zajema med drugim tudi odnos do kakovosti, motivacijo in zavzetost, inovativnost in iniciativnost, poznavanje vizije in ciljev organizacije, princip pripadnosti, strokovna usposobljenost, notranje komuniciranje, medsebojne odnose, vodenje, nagrajevanje in zadovoljstvo z delom. V prispevku ocenjujemo stanje organizacijske klime in ugotavljamo zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na področju zdravstvene nege na Kliničnem oddelku za interno medicino v Splošni bolnišnici Maribor. Podatki so zbrani s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika izdelanega za to raziskavo. Rezultati analize so pokazali nadpovprečno oceno glede notranjega komuniciranja in zadovoljstva z naravo dela, podpovprečno pa glede motivacije in zavzetosti, poznavanja vizije in ciljev ter sistema nagrajevanja. Ostale apriorne skupine niso odstopale od skupnega povprečja.For the successful management nowadays, the organization climate is of paramount importance. It encloses several characteristics like relation to quality, motivation, innovativeness and initiative, familiarity with the vision and aims of the organization, appurtenance to the collective, professional qualification, internal communication, policy making and contentment of the employees with the income and other social aspects of their job. The aim of our study was to research these characteristics of the organization climate in the collective of nursing employees at the clinical department of internal medicine at General hospital Maribor. The data were collected by the query sheet specially designed for this analysis. The results of present analysis reveal a significant higher score regarding contentment with nature of the work and the internal communication, and significant lower score regarding the familiarity with institutional objectives and the rewarding system of for the employees. Other characteristics of the climate didn't reveal any significant deviations.
