Abstrakt		Successful treatment of haemangiomas involving the tongue, floor of the mouth and the face is described. An appointment for carotid arteriography is arranged with the radiology service. When the tumour comes into view, embolization of all feeding vessels is performed under x-ray control. Partial or, preferably, total excision of the growth is carried out after about six weeks.
