Abstrakt		Prevention and detection of gynaecological disorders in adolescence are important for a woman's later reproductive health. In her contribution, the author presents the most frequent gynaecological diseases occuring in adolescence. The most frequent reasons for gynaecological consultation in adolescence are disorders of menstrual cycle and pelvic pain. The author presents a scheme of diagnostic procedures involved in detection of gynaecological causes of pelvic pain, and a scheme for the differential diagnosis of various types of amenorrhoea. She also briefly describes therapeutic procedures for individual disorders and diseases.
