| Abstrakt | Transfusion of blood, blood components and blood product is the only way of supporting therapy for the substitution of cell of plasma of blood components. Unfortunately, it represents a potential risk factor for the recipient, preventive measures are performed on several levels: from the elimination before blood collecting and the elimination of seroactive blood donors with screening tests, to the inactivation of viruses in blood products. One of the most fatal unfavourable consequences of transfusion is certainly the infection with hepatitis viruses. Virus of whichever hepatitis can be transmitted if the donor gives blood in the time of viremia. The most fatal and severe are the consequences of hepatitis B and C virus transmission. | |
