Abstrakt     Uvod: Postavljanje ciljev v rehabilitaciji in spremljanje otrokovega napredka ter uspešnosti terapevtske obravnave je za terapevte poseben izziv. Metode: V prispevku je predstavljen primer 5,5-letne deklice s cerebralno paralizo. Za ocenjevanje napredka smo za deklico uporabili standardiziran vprašalnik za ocenjevanje funkcijskih zmožnosti otrok (angl. PEDI), kanadski test izvajanja dejavnosti (angl. COPM) in lestvico doseganja ciljev (angl. GAS). Rezultati: Skupaj z deklico smo postavili tri cilje s področja skrbi zase: oblačenje majice, oblačenje jopice in zapenjanje zadrge. S testom COPM je svoje zmožnosti ob začetku programa rehabilitacije ocenila s povprečno oceno 2,3, ob koncu pa z oceno 7. Pri vseh aktivnostih je poročala tudi o nizki stopnji zadovoljstva (začetna povprečna ocena 3,3 in zaključna 4,6). Napredovala je tudi pri izvedbi izbranih treh veščin: zapenjanje zadrge od -2 do +1; oblačenje majice od -2 do +2; oblačenje jopice od -2 do 0. Sklep: Lestvica doseganja ciljev GAS se je izkazala kot učinkovit in uporaben ocenjevalni instrument. Rezultati ocene so pokazali spremembe, ki bi sicer ostale spregledane, a so potencialno klinično pomembne. Terapevtom je oblikovana lestvica pripomogla pri strukturiranju terapevtskega programa, dekličin napredek pa je bilo ob koncu terapij mogoče tudi objektivno ovrednotiti in ob ponovnem sprejemu ponovno preveriti dekličino izvedbo aktivnosti.Background: Setting goals in rehabilitation, monitoring of child's progress and the efficiency of therapeutic treatment becoming challenges rehabilitation therapists. Methods: The article presents an example of a 5.5-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, who was included in the therapeutic program. To assess progress, a standardized Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory (PEDI), a Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM), and Goal Assessment Scaling (GAS) were used. Results: In cooperation with the girl and her mother, we set three goals in the domain of self-care: dressing a t-shirt, dressing a sweatshirt and fastening a zipper. She assessed her capabilities with COPM at the beginning of the rehabilitation program with an average score of 2.3, and at the end with score of 7 points. In all activities, a low level of satisfaction was also reported (initial average score 3.3 and final 4.6 points). She also improved the performance of three selected skills: fastening the zipper from -2 to +1; dressing shirts from -2 to +2; dressing jacket from -2 to 0. Conclusion: The GAS has proved to be an effective and useful evaluation instrument. The results of the evaluation showed changes that would otherwise be overlooked even though potentially being clinically relevant. The initial assessment helped us to structure the therapeutic program. The progress of the girl could be objectively evaluated at the end of the therapy, and at the time of re-admission.
