Abstrakt		Tasks and activities of the regional Institute of Public Health of Murska Sobota and its operations in last three years are defined in the project. More in detail are analysed only the activities of communal hygiene, hygiene of nutrition, and disinfection, disinsection and disinfestation as they are based on legal provisions but are oriented towards market and are thus creating a big share of incomes on the market. According to the methodology of strategic planning, the analysis of milieu and market and the analysis of potential competitors and of all the advantages and weaknesses of the today Institute are perfomed for the cited activities. This analysis presents the base for the anticipating of future business opportunities on the domain of the three cited activities, as well as for the anticipation of risks. According to the analysis, the future business depends first of all on the adoption of the Health Care Plan of the Republic of Slovenia, which among other defines also future employment and number of workers. In the same manner the passing of the law on the protection of population against infectious diseases and prevention of nosocomial infections and of the law on the hygienic of food products and of objects in common use, which will present the base for defining the compulsory extent of the measures on the domain of the three analysed Institute activities, is expected in a short time. Better connection and collaboration with health insepction and with the conduct of new communities also present the apportunities for the expansion of present work extent. Another prospects is seen in the enabling for the implementation of new working domains, which we still do not master or do not have the licence for their implementation.
Izvleček		V nalogi so opredeljene naloge in dejavnosti Zavoda za zdravstveno varstvo Murska Sobota (Zavoda) ter njegovo poslovanje v zadnjih treh letih. Podrobneje so analizirane le dejavnosti komunalne higiene, higiene prehrane in dezinfekcije, dezinfekcije, dezinsekcije in deratizacije kot dejavnosti, ki izhajajo iz zakonskih določil, vendar so usmerjene v prodajo in ustvarjajo velik delež prihodkov na trgu. Po metodologiji strateškega planiranja je za navedene dejavnosti opravljena analiza okolja in trga, analiza potecnialnih konkurentov ter vseh prednosti in slabosti Zavoda danes. Ta analiza je osnova za predvidevanje prihodnjih poslovnih priložnosti na področju treh omenjenih dejavnosti in prav tako nevarnosti, ki jih je pričakovati. Iz analize sledi, da je prihodnje poslovanje odvisno predvsem od sprejetja plana zdravstvenega varstva Republike Slovenije, ker ta določa med drugim tudi prihodnje zaposlovanje in število delavcev. Prav tako se v kratkem pričakuje sprejetje Zakona o varstvu prebivalstva pred nalezljivimi boleznimi in preprečevanju bolnišničnih okužb in Zakona o higienski ustreznosti živil in predmetov splošne uporabe, ki sta podlaga za določanje obveznega obsega ukrepov na področju treh analiziranih dejavnosti Zavoda. Boljša povezava in sodelovanje z zdravstveno inšpekcijo ter z vodstvi novih občin sta tudi priložnosti za širitev obsega dela. perspektivo pa vidimo v usposabljanju za izvajanje novih področij dela, ki jih sedaj še ne obvladujemo ali nimamo dovoljenj za izvajanje.
