Abstrakt		Organisational and functional changes in ZZZS and rapid development of informational technology were reasons for renewal of the existing informational system. Phase approach has been used, according to the methodology of information engineering as first a business model was done in the phase of planning, as second a model of primary business areas were decided: obligatory insurance, additional insurance and financial business. E-R diagram describes data relationships, Data flow diagrams describe functions with decompensation diagrams and elementary processes. CASE ADW was used as a technical support for modelling. The article describes approaches, methods, results and experience in first two phases of completion of information system.
