Abstrakt		The author presents the experience with the use of the computer program Medica in the House of health Trbovlje. Author reports some difficulties with the development and use of dom-puter programs in medical field which are the result of undefined or changing user's requirements which can according to authors belief be solved with the en-larged cooperation between users and computer experts.
