Abstrakt		In 60IVF cycles the folliculometry of individual follicles was analysed from day 8th of the cycle (0=day of the hCG application). The curves of follicular growth are arranged on the curves with rapid daily increase. In all patients in which pregnancy was registered (n=17) at the least one rapidly growing follicle was found. In patients in which no fertilization or pregnancy was established after embryotransfer, the same dynamics of follicular growth was found only in seven out of 43 (16.3 percent) stimulated cycles.
