Abstrakt		Between 1981-1992 nineteen patients with genital tract obstruction were treated at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the University of Ljubiana (Slovenia). Cases of simple imperforate hymen were escluded. On the basis of symptoms, problems of diagnosis and therapy, obstructing malformations were divided into three groups: a) with complete obstruction; b) with unilateral obstruction; c) with an obstruated vagina and a congenital comunication between the genital tract and the uniranry bladder. The diagnostic examination of these patients were decided upon for each case separately. All these nineteen patients were treated with surgical ltherapy.
