| Abstrakt | Low solubility, poor dissolution rate and unapropriate dessintegrability are most common difficulties with solid drug formulations. For quantitative determination of hydrophilicity of solid surfaces no universal method is available. Different aproaches for contact angle determinton are usefull for relative comparision of different solid surfaces. In the article descriptions of solid surfaces by mean of surface free energy that is calculated from contact angle data are rewiewed. | |
