Abstrakt		It is outmost important for the participants in the process of health programmes implementation to know the relation between costs (input) and effects of health benefits (output in outocomes). This relation could not be set up in a linear dependence as the process of transformation is ifluenced by innumerable factors. At the execution of economic analyses in health activity which are urgent for the decisions about defining health care needs and connected priorities, it is important to know all the constituents and elements for their execution and to choose the adequate method of analysing. Relevant constituents include costs which are divided into direct and indirect ones; it is also necessary to know health and economic benefits and health values. Economic analysis includes the following well known methods: a) Cost-effectiveness analysis of alternative health progammes concerning the same health case; b) Cost-benefit analysis of thealth programmes implementing concerning different health problems; c) Cost-utility analysis of added quality to the years of life. Problems and basic factors of cost-benefit analysis of health programmes implementation for needs of economic analysis are defined in detail in the continuation.
