| Abstrakt | A modification of the surgical procedure for fenestration of the hard palate is described. It consists of a sublabial approach and partial Le Fort 1 osteotomy followed by routine osteotomy of the hard palate. Its advantages over other techniques used in the treatment of hard palate tumours are that the entire operation is performed under direct vision and permits en bloc excision of the tumour. | |
