Abstrakt     In the project, the management in health sector has been presented more in detail from the aspect of situation analysis, planning of needs and realization. Analysis of situation with organizational scheme, structure of employed (regarding the education), structure of costs (what presents the highest cost for Health Centre), equipment (here the obsoleteness of equipment is especially important) and structure of purchase is dealt with. The review of weaknesses and strenghts of Health Centre was prepared with the help of a detailed analysis, and subsequently the aims together with the strategy for their obtaining. These activities are primary activites of Health Centre management, which carries out the planned aims through adequate measures resp. decisions. The most important in the process of decision-making are professional decisions which are often risky owing to their nature (health work - Hippocratic Oath), therefore they can sometimes not be easily evaluated objectively and quantitatively (quality of work). Financial decisions should not be neglected either; they are more in detail described with the following indicators: 1. total income of the institution. 2. structure of sources of total income, 3. structure of income resp. calculation elemtns, 4. degree of coverage of outgoes with incomes according to calculation elements, 5. degree of coverage of outgoes with incomes according to category of costs. Organizational resp. managerial decisions are also important. Here belong personnel problems and problems with a rational distribution of working time in individual services. At the end investment decisions and socio-psychologic decisions are described as well. The presented project thus exposes te prototype of a possible information system for leading workers in health institutions. Through compure acquired informations they can very accurately and up-to-date follow the trends of various indicators, and react in time. (Abstract truncated at 2000 characters).
