Abstrakt		Cost and income monitoring, based on cost centres, was topics in several congress, without effective practical solution. Knowing incomes, costs, their structures, terms, cost centres in planning and actual value is important way to improve the situation. Thus the controlling system is needed. Controlling system is very complex so the computer support is necessary. The problems and computer supported possible solutions for controlling system in Slovene health care centre and hospitals are reviewed in our contribution.
