Abstrakt		In the first part of the article, universaly used methods for isolatoin and determination of total lipids are presented. In the second part, the phospholipids as representatives of the large group of compounds, named lipids, are at great lenght discussed. Some chemical and chromatographycs analytical methods appropriate for phospholipid determination are descripted.
