Abstrakt		The nurse acts in her job as a professional. Actual communication with acutely ill patients before the operating procedure must base on a recognition of seriousness of the situation, to calm down and inform the patient, what necessitates beside the professional skills also the positive personal approach of the nurse. Let's give the smile and understanding to our patients, to be successful in our efforts and to build up our qualities, because every day we have the opportunity and privilege to be involved in most important, most difficult but also the most wonderful sides of life.
