Abstrakt     The article debates about acceptance of critical ill patient, which are accepted at the Urgency and surgical ambulance. The article includes four tables, which shows the number of urgent abdominal patient and the number of all receptions to the hospital. For example: Thursday, February 22nd 1996: 248 patient were accepted. They were from various places of Slovenia (121 from Ljubljana, 132 from other parts of Slovenia). There were 24 medical visits on patient home made by SNMS, IPP accepted 31 patient, traumatology 23 patient, gynecology 17 patient, KGEK 2 patient, Urology 2 patient and cardiovascular ambulance 1 patient. There is also description of twelve medical steps, which are necessary for abdominal patient. Table 3 shows six critical abdominal patient with their clinical signs and all necessary steps in diagnostic and therapy. They are all part of Livi's model of medical care which is very useful in acute cases. I haven't found any track of use in Slovenia. The illness which comes suddenly destroys the personality of the patient (its energy, structure, social level...). I had four different sources by seven authors of medical articles.
