| Abstrakt | The author simplified the Blom-Singer puncture. The fistula is formed with the help of the endo-extralaryngeal needle carrier (developed by the author) and a pointed metal cone fixed to the catheter. The voice prosthesis is placed in the fistula formed thus in an endo-extra oesophagotracheal way. The advantage of the method is that when the fistula is being formed from the inside out, the back wall of the oesophagus will not become injured. | |
| Izvleček | Avtor je poenostavil Blom-Singerjevo punkcijo. Fistulo se ustvari s pomočjo endo-ekstralaringealnega nosilca igle (ki ga je razvil avtor) in koničastega kovinskega stožca, ki je pritrjen na kateter. Govorno protezo se vstavi v fistulo, ki je torej endo-ekstra-ezofagotrahealna. Prednost te metode je, da se pri tvorbi fistule od znotraj navzven zadnja stena požiralnika ne poškoduje. | |
